Web Designer
We need a savvy, full-time web designer. Knowledge of HTML, CGI, Java scripting required. Proficiency with web graphics a must. Must be able to work as a team player in fast-paced marketing dept. Casual work environment.

Senior Programmer: Game Development
Responsibilities: Define system requirements & present design documents & implementation strategies. Able to self-schedule & schedule others when necessary. Responsible for clearly communicating concepts to fellow programmers, artists & Quality Assurance. Provide technical leadership for both in-house & external development teams.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years' professional experience with in-depth knowledge of C++, comfortable working w/ high-level structures & low-level, speed-critical routines. Able to follow code down to assembly level in the debugger. Exp. w/ platform independent coding strategies & issues. Able to design well-structured & well-documented code. BS (min) in Engineering, Computer Sci., Mathematics, or Physics. Working knowledge of any of the following: Microsoft Direct X, Windows API, physics (mechanics), 3D rendering algorithms, AI techniques, real-time database management, optimization techniques, real-time DSP programming, multithreading issues, language generation and compiler construction.

Producer: West Coast Division
REQUIREMENTS:
- Work with department leads to develop and maintain a schedule covering all aspects of production and with team members to establish goals and priorities.
- Cultivate the talents of team members in order to enhance the effectiveness of the team.
- Act as advocate for the team, interfacing with management and administration.
- Assume various leadership duties to ensure that the project gets completed on time and organize the production assets to meet project milestones.
- Must be a detail oriented, team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Requires thorough knowledge of PC's and Windows environment and an understanding of software programming.
- Should have previous experience as a game producer or associate producer and have multiple products shipped.
- College graduate or equivalent work experience in game development industry.
Art Director: West Coast Division
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA, BFA or equivalent experience in game development industry.
- Must be a skilled communicator, working on teams throughout our organization, providing leadership for a consistent visual style and helping define aesthetic elements.
- Provides the team vision and works with the staff to achieve team goals. Advocate clear creative vision for design department and monitor design quality issues.
- Work closely with technical leads to help strengthen the design staff and refine the quality and scope of the product.
- Responsible for the art staff, and can serve in various roles as necessary including lead designer and mentor to the art staff.
- Candidate must understand the process of game software development beyond visual design.
- Candidate must understand the importance of collaboration with peers of different disciplines within the organization.
- Must have the foresight to adhere to deadlines, the ability to explain creative concepts and execute the creative concepts of others, and the patience and flexibility to take direction from the Project Lead and deal with a collection of strong personalities.
- Qualified candidates will be proficient in PC-based software including Adobe Photoshop and 3D Studio Max, familiarity with Acrobat, Premier, Flash and After Effects is preferred.
Game Artists/Modelers/Animators: West Coast Division
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid background in design principles, color theory, typography, layout & graphic design, and excellent traditional illustration skills (drawing, painting, anatomy, etc.).
- A professional portfolio of your best work in traditional and digital media.
- Portfolios may include conceptual design sketches to finished imagery.
- BA, BFA or equivalent experience (preferably in game development).
- Fluency in most graphic & paint packages and/or 3D packages (3DS Max R2 preferred).
- An appreciation of game-related constraints (palette restrictions, low-poly modeling, bandwidth limitations, etc.
- Competent organizational, communication & team-oriented interpersonal skills.
- Experience in print & web media, industrial design, classical animation, storyboarding, team/project leadership, and/or videographic post-production a plus.
Software Engineer: West Coast Division
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive knowledge of C/C++ programming required. Windows and assembly language experience also desired.
- Must have a BS in Computer Science or 4 years programming experience.
- Experience with 3D graphics programming, as well as past game programming, is a plus.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work well with others.
- Successful applicants will work on development of large game projects for PC or console systems.
