About: Telemetry

Telemetry data is recorded on every run. Data is recorded as soon as the car begins to roll forward into the water box and ends when the car stops after the finish line. The current and previous run can be overlaid on the display so that an exact comparison can be made. The following data is recorded:

Longitudinal G Longitudinal acceleration measured in G's.
Throttle Position of the throttle measured in percent of full throttle.
Brake Position of the brake measured in percent of full brake pressure.
Speed Vehicle speed in MPH.
Engine RPM RPM of the engine at the crank shaft.
Clutch RPM RPM of the clutch.
Front Wheel RPM RPM of the front wheel.
Rear Wheel RPM RPM of the rear wheel.
Gear Current gear selected.
Wheel RPM RPM of the wheel.
Downforce Measure of the aerodynamic downforce on the car.
Drag Measure of the aerodynamic and rolling drag measured in lbs.
LF Travel Spring travel of the left front wheel.
RF Travel Spring travel of the right front wheel.
LR Travel Spring travel of the left rear wheel.
RR Travel Spring travel of the right rear wheel.
